At Palas Jewelers our ultimate goal is for you to love every item you purchase from us and feel joy when you share the story of it when you receive compliments but if for any reason you are unhappy with an item purchased from Palas Jewelers it may be returned in its original and unused condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund less any shipping charges. Returns received after 30 days will be refused.

 

If the item is for any reason damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receipt either via email, cs@palasjewelers.com or phone 404-846-8122.

 

Items being returned must be in new condition and shipped prepaid to us in the original packaging. Palas Jewelers is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. Please package and insure accordingly.

 

All refunds will be in the original form of payment with exception of cash payments over $100, a check will be issued.

 

When we have received the item back we will credit you for the amount of the item minus any shipping charges. If you chose free ground shipping on your original order the shipping charge to be deducted will be $10 to cover the actual cost of this service. If you chose another shipping option on your original order, please refer to your receipt for the shipping charge to be deducted.

 

If the item was personalized or special ordered it is not returnable or exchangeable.

 

ORDERING

The jewelry and objects shown on our website are handmade by individual studio artists. We work hard to ensure that the quality of everything we sell is up to our exacting standards. However there will be natural variations and subtle differences in the pieces from order to order. If the item you are coveting is out of stock, please be assured that we are committed to keeping our website inventory current. SHIPPING

All orders are carefully packaged and fully insured through Fed-Ex or USPS, orders received before 3pm EST will ship the same day. Orders over $100.00 are shipped for free within the continental US. If you wish to expedite your shipment, you may choose Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select at the time of purchase (prices vary). You may email us to request a tracking number for your package.

SPECIAL ORDERS

We do our best to ensure that every piece on the website is available for same day shipping, but due to the nature of what we sell this is not always possible. All prices shown on the website are based on the most recent in stock price. Unfortunately due to the ever fluctuating price of metals and gemstones, there may be an increase or decrease in the price shown based on the current price of the specific metals and gemstones. If the item you are coveting is out of stock, we will contact you within immediately with an estimated ship date. If you would like a slight modification of an item seen on our website please email customer service at cs@palasjewelers.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. All special orders are considered final sale and not returnable or exchangeable.

SALES TAX

There is no sales tax applied to any purchases, except if you live in the state of Georgia.

Q: What if an item is out of stock?
A: Many of the works featured on our website are one-of-a-kind, handmade pieces. If an item is out of stock, please call or email us to determine when we are expecting our next order, or whether it can be special ordered for you.

Q: What are special orders?
A: If the item you are interested in is part of our regular store inventory, it's usually just a matter of getting it back in stock. However, if the item is something we are not going to reorder for the store, or has been made especially for you (such as a ring in your size, a necklace in a different metal or with a different stone, etc), your order is considered custom and therefore not returnable or exchangeable. Please send all special order inquiries via email to cs@palasjewelers.com Special orders are usually processed in 4-6 weeks.

Q: What if something I ordered needs to be repaired?
A: Items purchased from Palas Jewelers are guaranteed against defect within 90 days. If you have any repair issues, we'll send the piece back to the artist who made it for inspection. Shipping and repair fees will vary..

Q: Is everything at Palas Jewelers shown on your website?
A: No, if you are interested in an artist not shown on our website, or a particular item by an artist who is, please email us with your inquiry. We will do our best to find the piece you are looking for.
